Baltimore County families are facing an affordability crisis. I will work to expand housing options, including affordable starter homes, while protecting neighborhood character and preserving the Urban-Rural Demarcation Line. That means focusing growth where infrastructure already exists, revitalizing vacant and underused properties, and supporting policies that help working families manage the rising costs of housing, childcare, transportation, and utilities.

Strong Public Schools & Youth Opportunity

Our schools are central to the future of Baltimore County. I will fight to fully fund public education, improve school facilities, address overcrowding, and ensure students have access to mental health supports and enrichment opportunities. We need accountability for education spending, strong partnerships with families and educators, and a commitment to making every child’s success a county priority.

Smart Growth & Responsible Development

Growth must be planned responsibly, with roads, schools, water systems, and public safety infrastructure able to keep pace. I support strengthening Adequate Public Facilities standards, using data-driven planning, and requiring developers to pay their fair share through impact fees and infrastructure investments. Communities deserve a voice early in the planning process, not after decisions have already been made.

Economic Opportunity & Sustainable Job Growth

Baltimore County should be a place where businesses can grow and residents can build stable careers. I will support small businesses, workforce development, agriculture, manufacturing, and emerging industries that create quality jobs and long-term opportunity. I will resist the short-sighted allure of hyperscale data centers and instead focus on more creative, sustainable investments that strengthen our tax base, protect our environment, and build a diversified economy for the future. By streamlining processes, investing in infrastructure, and supporting local entrepreneurs, we can grow our economy in a way that benefits residents across every district.

Transparent, Accountable Government

Residents deserve a government that listens, communicates clearly, and makes decisions in the public interest. I will hold regular community forums, prioritize open communication, and ensure policy decisions are guided by evidence, transparency, and community input, not special interests. Public service should always put people first.

Community Safety & Trust

Baltimore County is a strong and generally safe community, but if residents do not feel safe, that concern must be taken seriously. I will work closely with Precinct 7, community leaders, and residents to better communicate accurate public safety information, strengthen trust, and highlight the work being done to keep our neighborhoods secure. I also support prevention-focused strategies such as youth engagement, mental health resources, neighborhood partnerships, and traffic safety improvements that help both improve safety and strengthen the public’s sense of security.
